iHeart Radio was and is the only thing that keeps me informed with all the latest trends, music, celebrity gossip and global affairs. When I started listening to the radio again back in 2019 I realized just how important it really is to have radio stations where you can listen to classics and the latest hits. I owe iHeart Radio a lot for helping me realize the importance of tradition and giving me a return to form as a human being. I will always listen to the radio especially iHeart Radio through and through until the bitter end. I’m loving the Free iHeart Radio Music App. I can’t live without Music. My suggestion so far: Please take a look to the Favorite Songs feature as is not showing when a Song already rated as “Favorite” pops up on a different Radio Station or Playlist.

Disconnects if you use a VPN. I’m trying to listen to an AM station. They don’t charge you to play their station over the airwaves. Meanwhile, these tech companies want you to give up all your info, whereabouts, mannerisms, etc, etc. Don’t be fooled, there are dozens of companies that scrape up your data and tell you their app is “free.” Not only are you already listening to paid advertisements, they’re actually tricking you by monetizing on your data. Most people give up their privacy without question. Most people unknowingly or knowingly take the Blue Pill.

I was elated when lyrics became available, but I am blown away that they are now highlighted and scrolling. Great job on the app!

Takes too long to find what you’re interested in listening to. Can’t go back to a previous station. No older music. Way too frustrating to deal with - going into the Cloud. ☁️ Maybe another time.

I love this app although I can’t choose whatever song I want its still great I can choose whatever radio I want. I listen to Gracie Abrams and Olivia Rodrigo plus Morgan Wallen. If your new to this app you should know that you can also create your playlist. I just love this app so much I hope you enjoy it.

It makes no sense how something with an icon this simple can go months without dark mode icon support.

I woke up one morning and tried to use it…. It was not playing any stations and it has not since. The app is completely worthless now.

The App takes so long to load that it’s pathetic. The iHeart radio app use to load up within seconds but now it takes like 5 minutes to load. If I could give this app no stars I would.

Love it, great system and new UI, but the one problem is adding songs to playlists. I have multiple different playlists and when I choose to add songs to the playlists it gets rather bothersome having to click each playlist separately and having to click ‘Add to playlist’ over and over again. I think a good change would be a multi select system, being able to add a single song to multiple different playlists making it much more friendly and quicker. Thanks for being the source of my music listenings!

I like using my Iheartradio app. It’s very easy to use.I like how you can preset your music.

The subscription plus works fantastic in the car, but with Alexa, it continually gives you commercials, regardless of which account you choose to work to run in Alexa. There’s no way to avoid commercials. Spotify works much better than this but again you get what you pay for.

I love iHeart, but when I want to listen to a song on repeat, I have to keep pressing the back button. It would be convenient to have a repeat feature especially for monthly paying subscribers.

Please review the Temu ads before approving. Some of the items they’re selling are completely inappropriate

Trying to find contacts for this app is ridiculously hard. I don’t know what’s going on with Facebook and iHeart but it looks like we are not able to use Facebook to login at all anymore. I’ve tried several times. Facebook says I’m not logged in but yet I am. Have you and Facebook had some issues or something? Unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my paid subscription with your services because of this problem. I want to get another iHeart account with a different email address because that’s the only way that I’m going to be able to use your services. I can’t access the email address anymore because the service I had didn’t tell me that they were taking my email address away. How nice. I am a voice over user on iPhone and I would like to talk to someone about this instead of going through a virtual agent who does not understand any of this. I’m hoping someone from iHeart will look at this review and give me some type of response.

If you’re trying to listen to a radio show don’t even bother with this app. You’ll get the regular radio ads, then the IHeart ads in the middle of the show and then you get more radio ads so you’ll have 10 minutes of ads and completely miss a section of the show.

Love the app and the new features, like live radio dial and presets. But please bring them to carplay too.

I will not listen to podcasts with ads. I will not use multiple apps to listen to podcasts. I don’t listen to any of your shows because I can’t subscribe on Apple. Didn’t work for Spotify. Won’t work for you. It’s seriously so annoying because there are shows I want to listen to but commercials wake me up so I’m just forced not to listen.

I started listening to Glenn Beck on the radio and come to find out I believe I’ve seen him on YouTube either his or a guest but I didn’t know he had a Podcast so I’m hooked and will share with my family and friends :)

Too many commercials, get rid of the Cumulus stations. They just go into 20 minute commercial loops.

iHeart Commercial audio is bad. Clicks chirps and other audio artifacts are annoying and loud.

I have been using this app for several years to listen to my favorite radio station that is outside my area. Since it’s an IHeart station, there are already ad breaks with tons of IHeart ads embedded in the radio station’s programming, which doesn’t bother me because it’s what I expect of a radio station. What’s super annoying is the newly-added app-only Ad breaks that interrupt the radio programming. I had to sit through a 30 second video ad on the app just to go to another 10 minutes of ads from your radio station. It’s enough to make me want to switch back to non-IHeart stations. Stop the madness! At least you shouldn’t add App-only ads for your radio stations that already have their own embedded ads!

App usually will just spin like it’s thinking and never connect to the radio station that I want to listen to. It happens every day almost every time. So now I listen to my radio station on Apple Music.

There are podcasts, live radio and you can find past radio shows that have already aired and fast forward through parts you don’t want to hear. I Heart Radio has everything!

This music app is pretty much the same as the others because it has all the same stuff, more ads and temu popups, ets

I use VPN on my phone for security, iHeart won’t work anymore if you have VPN. I spoke with support and they advised me to uninstall the VPN. I asked if there were settings I needed to change and they said I needed to remove the VPN. Spotify, Pandora both work. Apparently iHeart has some invasive tracking they monetize that VPN blocks. I’m not a freely monitizable product. I’m a customer. Your agile teams should appreciate that.

Hands down the worst app I use, constant commercials and dosent return to the show I’m listening to. Most of the time it only loads the adds and buffers the when it tries to play the show. Only reason I use this app is for the Rovers Morning Glory podcast. You guys are now ruining that too. No reason for it to be broken up into so many segments besides straight greed. Thanks for making it almost impossible to listen to my only show I use this awful app for.

Why did you make all of the buttons like the play, pause, rewind and skip forward buttons so small? It’s not user friendly for people who are using the app while driving in their car. It used to be so much easier to use while I was driving.

Please put the following cities of stations that use this streaming platform: •Danville, VA •Clarksville, VA •South Hill, VA •South Boston, VA •Aurora/Joliet, IL •Crystal Lake, IL •Waukegan/Kenosha,IL •Sherman, TX •McKinney, TX & •Beckley,WV I do like how you guys move the stations around and put them under the bigger markets but at the same time you guys took away the specific market some stations serve. I would love if you could make an offer to WVRC MEDIA (then West Virginia Radio Coporation to come back to the app as well make a deal to add Townsquare Media to the platform too. And you guys should add in between markets such as: •Sistersville, WV •Washington,PA & •Uniontown, PA. For example in Washington stations from Morgantown,WV, Pittsburgh, PA and Wheeling, WV and in Sistersville for example add stations from Wheeling,WV, Parkersburg,WV and Clarksburg, WV

I listen to a couple different radio stations via this app which are not in my area and the iHeartRadio ads constantly interrupt the programming. Absolutely awful.

I like some of the iHeart streams well enough, but the app is not always stable, *especially* when using AirPlay. Whatever system plays video ads causes the app to freeze when it tries to play an ad while I’m AirPlaying a stream to a TV, and this once even crashed my iPhone *entirely*. Other than that, good app for music that’s ad-minimal if not always ad-free.

What an awful app. It starts off with at least a minute of commercials. The same commercials all the time. Then, if you even touch your phone, it thinks that it needs to restart commercials again. For example, if you walk from a Wi-Fi area to a cell area. It starts over all of their commercials again. Ditching this app for Spotify. Good luck. Fyi, this also occurs on my Alexa devices at home. Nothing more frustrating than going through a minute of iHeart-specific commercials only to find out the radio show you want to listen to is in the middle of “their” commercials. Just bought a small radio to carry around for when I want to just listen to local radio shows. Problem solved.

For some reason they say I’m out of the zone for a sporting event even though I live in the same city that the team is playing in.

App would not accept my email address. Kept saying “use a valid email address”

Great music at my fingertips

Worst most buggy application. I wish they would just let me listen to local AM and FM channels. Their rebroadcast and add overwrites are horrific, in parts I hear the same 15 second loops then the app crashes, loading only ads for more than a half hour on loop, doesn’t matter if you pay or not. Absolutely the worst app I have used outside of Apple Podcasts.

Can we get the podcast to where I can sort them from oldest to newest by release date??? Also it would be nice if it required your password to delete the account on the app I have done that a while back but I’m back now!!! Other than that it’s great!!!

Great app - love the choices of podcasts to listen to. Took off one star because the buttons to play the podcast episode or fast forward 30 seconds are SO small. I am constantly clicking into other things I don’t want to be if I am off even by a little when clicking. Don’t really understand why the photo of the podcast has to be so large and the buttons so small.
